There are two elements that make this cocktail unique:
- We use the most prized varieties of olives, both for their organoleptic properties as per their taste: Manzanilla Extra (green) and Manzanilla Cacereña Extra (black).
- Through a special technological process unique on the market, we could obtain that the black olives don´t lose their dye in the liquid so the liquid doesn´t become dark, as it happened before.
