The Mojo Picón is a typical sauce from the Canary Islands (Spain) that has become very popular throughout Europe. Its typical component is the pepper and as the name suggests, it is known for its spicy flavor.

Try it with potatoes, either roasted, fried or, as Canarian tradition dictates, “wrinkled” potatoes. In general, you can enjoy it with anything that can be dipped: bread, toast, raw vegetables… Ideal to accompany any dish, especially meat and grilled vegetables.
