Mix of mushrooms
Boletus Edulis: It grows near the root system of spruce, but also along beech, oak, chestnut, lime trees. Due to its soft nutty taste and its delicate fragrance, Boletus Edulis is a very seasoned food for all kinds of dishes.
Marasmius oreades: It grows all over North America and Europe, although it is possible to find them all year long in temperate climates. The meat is sweet, with a flavour of almonds and a light color.
Agaricus: This mushroom is the most cultivated around the world with about 180 different types. Ninety percent of the mushroom is composed of water. Some of them have an anise or almond flavour.
Oyster mushroom: Mainly it grows near leafy trees (beech, poplar, willow, alder). It can be found both in the plain of a valley and on hills. Its flesh is juicy, soft, with a hint of pepper and a touch of anise.
Shiitake: It grows in Japan and China. Considered as the “King of mushrooms” due to its high nutrient content and its fine aroma. Its flesh is thick and compact whitish, with a pleasant fungal smell and an own flavor, which is equally pleasant.
