Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 Persian salt block
- 4 pieces roast beef (à 150 g)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat the Persian salt block slowly (on ceramic glass cooktop, electric hotplate, electric or gas grill, in the oven or on the charcoal grill).
- Chop garlic and thyme and mix with the olive oil.
- Fry the roast beef briefly on the Persian salt block on both sides. Before serving, oil the meat with the garlic thyme mixture and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
